I’m not sure what you would call this stroller. It is not a full feature stroller and it is not an umbrella stroller either. And it is definitely not a ‘sport’ stroller whatever its name says. The closest description for the Jeep Cherokee Sport Stroller is probably a lightweight stroller.

Jeep Cherokee Sport Stroller, Impulse
This compact sized stroller weighs only the best part of 14 pounds, and takes up to 35 pounds of child. I think it is good for bringing out on errands round the block because it is so light and not cumbersome.
It’s also good for walks in the parks because its all terrain wheels and shock absorbing front wheels give you freedom to go off the path and onto gravel or grass. You can put a medium size diaper bag together with your purse in the basket, or a book to read in the lovely outdoors.
What’s best about Jeep Cherokee Sport Stroller is the one hand fold. Perfect for driving mums! You can hold baby in one hand while folding the stroller up in the other, and the light weight makes it easy to lift with one hand into the car. One thing that most reviewers noticed is that it doesn’t come with a lock or strap to keep the stroller from opening up when it’s folded. But so far nobody has an issue with this.
The only real con I can see with this stroller is that it doesn’t recline fully, which is not good for young babies who want to sleep more comfortably. Considering that this stroller only takes up to 35 pounds, this incredibly shortened the length of time you can use this stroller (from the time baby won’t need the full recline to the time baby outgrows the weight limit).
Well, luckily the Jeep Cherokee Sport Stroller is so affordable then. It’s only around $50, the price of a decent umbrella stroller.

Despite the fact that many people praised this lightweight stroller, I rather think the Graco LiteRider Stroller is just all right. I much prefer the Jeep Cherokee for its all terrain wheels, but if you want to fit Graco car seats, this is the one to choose.

Graco LiteRider Stroller
The Graco LiteRider Stroller is light weight, maybe a little heavier than the Jeep, but it does have the one hand fold that is my all time favorite feature, because light weight strollers are meant to be folded and carried with one hand sometimes, e.g. up and down stairs, over rough terrain or into the car, while holding baby at the same time!
Other than that and the fact that it can accept Graco Snugride and Snugride 32 and 35 infant car seats, other features are just ok. Oh, and the basket is good too. It is quite a big and accessible basket for a lightweight stroller.
What I didn’t like about this stroller is just like what other users have mentioned as well, that the tray bangs on the floor when you fold it up. The tray is plastic, so that doesn’t look as if it will last the life of the stroller, especially if you fold it up every day.
Plus. the tray doesn’t open up for you to put baby into the stroller, unlike Graco’s other strollers and travel systems. There goes a designer who imagined all babies stay still when you put them into strollers.
This stroller also only run on pavements and smooth surfaces. Although the front wheels do swivel and have a bit of suspension in them, they don’t handle dirt paths and gravel well enough for baby’s comfort.
Like I said, if you need a light weight stroller that will fit your Graco car seats, the Graco LiteRider Stroller is an affordable option. Otherwise, choose the Jeep Cherokee.

Are you always kicking the back of your stroller or bent over to avoid doing so? Finally here is an umbrella stroller with tall handles that will keep you strolling in comfortable upright position. The First Years Ignite Stroller is a new stroller that just came out and I think it’s much better for tall parents than the Heavenly Stroller!

The First Years Ignite Stroller
Besides being designed with tall handles, this umbrella stroller has got a few nice touches that the Heavenly Stroller lacked. For one thing, there’s a basket. Although it is rather small, and not very easy to access with the cross bar at the back, but it is a basket nevertheless. You can put a small diaper bag in it.
The First Years Ignite Stroller also bears up to 50 pounds, 10 pounds more than the Heavenly Stroller and many more than other umbrella strollers. You can use it for older toddlers as well as babies as young as 6 months old. The seat doesn’t recline fully, though I wouldn’t expect that for a umbrella stroller.
This stroller is easy to push and turns easily as well. The wheels are good for hard, smooth surfaces but can handle the pavements all right with a few cracks or bumps. Way to go!
Other Nice Stuff
This umbrella stroller is well built, assembles in 5 minutes and folds up compactly. The seat is quite comfortable for the child compared to other cheap umbrella strollers. There is a zippered pouch and cup holder for parent.
It comes at such an affordable price too. At $45 this wholly compensated for the fact that it doesn’t have a hand strap for carrying, or an adjustable canopy. I think The First Years Ignite Stroller is a good buy, what do you think?

You know, there are times when I want to go the park for a short walk but end up spending too much time there because the weather is so nice and it does you good to get out and generally do nothing once in a while. That’s when the full size stroller is too cumbersome but I’d wish the umbrella stroller has more features like a basket to keep stuff in and a reclining seat when my baby gets bored and want to sleep.
I was looking for a cross between an umbrella stroller and a full size stroller, and I found the Joovy Kooper Umbrella Stroller. It is only slightly heavier than most lightweight umbrella strollers, not really noticeable at all, but it has an array of features that is so convenient!

Joovy Kooper Umbrella Stroller
There is a basket, a zip compartment for your personal items, and two mesh bottle holders at the back. There are even mesh pockets for the child to keep toys or snacks in! But that’s not the best yet. The recline is splendid. You can put the seat at any angle you want because there are no fixed positions for recline. Why aren’t all the stroller recline systems designed like this? And you can adjust the recline with one hand too.
Another feature worth mentioning is the canopy. I have never seen an umbrella stroller with such a huge canopy yet. This really shades the baby from the sun and keeps baby cool. You can also unfasten the Velcro straps on top of the canopy and pull it down to shade baby from the other direction. Brilliant!
Any cons? Well, maybe the price. This is still an umbrella stroller with a few handy features and the price is rather towards a full feature stroller. If you are really tall, this doesn’t have adjustable handles, and you might want to consider the Heavenly Stroller for tall parents instead.
All in all this Joovy Kooper Umbrella Stroller is pretty cool. Other reviewers pointed out many other features they loved as well but I only wrote about those I think are major advantages for an umbrella stroller. Click to see their reviews.

The Graco Passage Travel System is one of the more popular travel system strollers in the market. It has got plenty of great features as a full size stroller and the car seat is awesome too!

Graco Passage Travel System
The Car Seat
Firstly, the car seat can be detached from the base that stays installed in the car. That’s convenient for switching cars when you want to take baby out. If you like, you can buy an extra base for the second car as well. The car seat is very easy to take in and out of the car once the base is properly installed. You can also bring it onto the plane as a couple of reviewers mentioned that it fits well.
The car seat has two canopies that can protect baby from sun and rain completely when the car seat is in the stroller.
The Stroller
There are many nice features on the stroller. Mums would love the many compartments to keep baby things in. The basket beneath which is good for bigger items like the diaper bag, is easily accessible by pressing it down with your foot. There are side pockets for sunglasses or cellphone, toys, hanky, and so on, plus 3 cupholders for mum and baby!
The seat reclines all the way but doesn’t come fully upright. This is more comfortable for baby but if your toddler is older and likes to look around, he/she will be sitting up and leaning on the tray.
The stroller steers well with one hand, but doesn’t fold as easily with one hand. It isn’t too difficult to fold, except that it was advertised as a one-hand-fold stroller but it is really not.
At $150 now, the Graco Passage Travel System is a good buy. It is cheaper than the Graco Quattro, and a few other highly rated travel systems that goes over $200. Click the link to see what others say.

If you are looking for an affordable travel system in dashing colors that is not the usual tan, blue, or pink, the Graco Alano Travel System fits the bill completely. This budget travel system comes in several unique fabric colors that you will love even more when you see it.

Graco Alano Travel System, Greer
This travel system comes with stroller, Snugride car seat, and car seat base. Did I say the colors are absolutely adorable? Really, the photos don’t do it justice. Once you take your baby in this stroller out walking, many parents will turn their heads wondering where you bought this lovely stroller.
One hand fold. That’s the best thing to have with travel systems. This stroller locks up when you fold it down with one hand, and you can easily lift it up to go through tight places or down the stairs/escalator, while holding baby in the other arm!
The convenient thing about Graco travel systems is that the car seat goes in and out of the car without the base, which can be installed in the car. You can put the car seat in the car without the base too, as long as you make sure it is secure.
“When you put the carseat on a shopping cart it latches on to the cart to prevent it from falling. I think it’s a nice feature!” – Mama714, at Walmart reviews.
The stroller reclines but not all the way down, so if your baby is still young, you will have to use the car seat. But it does fold down very compactly for storing away in the car, another score!
For a budget travel system, the Graco Alano Travel System doesn’t have many cons. Maybe the fabric isn’t as plush as the high end strollers, but it is washable and that’s what matters. It rolls smoothly. What more to ask for?

Finally there’s an umbrella stroller with adjustable handles! The Heavenly stroller (named quite suitably, in my opinion) is The Umbrella Stroller for tall parents.

The Heavenly Stroller – Best Umbrella Stroller for Tall Parents
Maybe height is not really such a big issue for most parents, because all strollers are made with handles for the average height.
But if mummy or daddy is exceptionally tall and always have to bend over to push the stroller, then a stroller with adjustable handles is just what you need. If you love your baby very much but positively feel tired taking him/her out in the stroller, you know what I mean.
What’s so cool about The Heavenly stroller is that the handles can be adjusted to suit parents of any height. And you can do this any time even while baby is in the seat. Just push the bulbs on the vertical bars and pull the handles up or down to the position good for you.
There’s nothing very fancy about this stroller though. It’s a super basic stroller, with only one small pocket, but the vertical bars are kinda handy to hang small things on. I wish they’d come out with more features on this stroller.
The Heavenly stroller is lightweight and folds up very compactly. Great for outings in the park, I’d say. It’s affordable too, only about half the price of the usual umbrella stroller, so you can probably buy it as a spare stroller.
